Welcome everyone who is trying to register for a class!
Our new webstore page went up on 2/1/2010 and our previous links need re-working. I was on the road this week and doing the best I can to make revisions.
As of today (2/4), if you are trying to register for a class, the “Online Store” tab takes you to the right page, but I now understand that the ordering process will not complete because of confusion with shipping charges. (Obviously there are no shipping charges for tuition!) We are *hot on it* to get this corrected.
Until then, you can safely send me registration with credit card info via fax at 561 627 6734: I need your name, billing address for the credit card, your phone, credit card # and exp date, as well as the 3- digit cvi code on the back and amount you want to charge. As well as which class you are registering for.
If you would prefer to send a check, make it out to Neurovascular Institute and send it to PO Box 31778, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33420. Please include name/address/phone and what you are registering for.
