Rule 1

By completing this online order, I agree to comply with the Neurovascular Institute's cancellation/refund policy: Paid tuition is refundable up to two weeks before class, less $50 processing fee. No refunds available within two weeks prior to class. Paid tuition (or non-refundable amounts)  may be credited towards other NVI, Inc. events or products.  NVI, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course with due cause and refund tuition in full within 30 days of cancellation. NVI, Inc.  is not responsible for weather or travel disruptions or registrant travel expenses.

Rule 2

The Neurovascular Institute provides a "clean space" learning environment. Use of strong perfumes and essential oils is prohibited in the class space.

Rule 3

The Neurovascular Institue is unable to provide childcare for therapists attending class. Please make appropriate childcare arrangements so that the class process is not disrupted.
